How to pay — Interac e-Transfer or crypto.

Interac e-Transfer is the only way to pay for a Pure North order. If you’ve ever sent money to a friend from your bank’s app, you already know how. Here’s exactly what to do.

The TL;DR

Place your order on our site and choose how to pay: Interac e-Transfer (default) or crypto. For e-Transfer, the confirmation page shows a name, an email, and an exact amount — send that from your bank’s app with your order number in the message. For crypto, it shows our wallet address for your chosen coin and the CAD total — send the equivalent and email us your transaction hash. We ship within 1 business day of confirming payment. That’s it.

Step 1 — Place your Pure North order

  1. Add products to cart on our catalog.
  2. Click Checkout and fill in your contact and shipping details.
  3. Under Payment, choose Interac e-Transfer (default) or Crypto. If you pick crypto, select a coin (BTC, ETH, USDT, or XMR).
  4. Click Place order. We’ll take you to a confirmation page with your payment details and your order number (it looks like PN-XXXX).

Step 2 — Send the Interac e-Transfer

Open your online banking app or website. Interac e-Transfer works at every major Canadian bank — RBC, TD, Scotiabank, BMO, CIBC, National Bank, Tangerine, Simplii, and most credit unions.

  1. Find Interac e-Transfer (sometimes under “Send Money” or “Transfers”).
  2. Add a recipient using the email address shown on your confirmation page (or pick them if you’ve sent before).
  3. Enter the exact amount shown on your confirmation page, in CAD.
  4. In the message / memo field, type your order number (e.g. PN-XXXX). This is how we match your payment to your order — please don’t skip it.
  5. Review and send.

If your bank asks for a security question and answer, choose something simple and let us know in an email if you’re unsure — most of the time auto-deposit handles it and no question is needed.

Prefer crypto? — Pay direct to our wallet

We also accept crypto sent straight to our wallet — no third-party processor. Pick Crypto at checkout and choose a coin: BTC, ETH, USDT, or XMR.

  1. On the confirmation page we show you the wallet address for your chosen coin (with a copy button) and the order total in CAD.
  2. From your wallet or exchange, send the CAD-equivalent amount in that coin to the address shown. (Rates move — use your wallet’s current CAD conversion.)
  3. Email your transaction hash and your order number to purenorthpeptides@proton.me so we can match the payment.
  4. We confirm the payment on a public block explorer and ship within 1 business day of confirmation.

For USDT, make sure you send on the same network we list next to the address (e.g. TRC-20 or ERC-20) — sending on the wrong network can lose the funds.

When does Pure North ship?

Once we receive and confirm your e-Transfer, your order moves to processing. We ship within 1 business day of receiving payment, via Canada Post Xpresspost (~4 days nationwide). You can check your order any time on the order status page.

Common questions

Is there any fee?

No. Most Canadian banks include unlimited Interac e-Transfers with chequing accounts. You pay only your order total — no card surcharge, no processor cut.

What if I forget to put my order number in the message?

It just takes us a little longer to match your payment. If you realize you missed it, email purenorthpeptides@proton.me with the amount and the email you sent from, and we’ll connect it to your order.

What if I send the wrong amount?

Email purenorthpeptides@proton.me with your order number. We’ll sort out a top-up or refund — no order is lost over a rounding slip.

Can I pay with a credit or debit card?

No. We accept Interac e-Transfer and crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, XMR) only. Mainstream card acquirers restrict research chemicals as a category, so these direct-payment methods keep checkout simple and reliable for Canadian researchers.

How long do I have to pay?

Please send your e-Transfer within 24 hours so we can hold your stock. If you need more time, just email us and we’ll keep the reservation open.
